My path to becoming a plastic surgeon started as a child growing up as one of two sons that frequently accompanied my father to hospitals on weekends to round on patients.
I knew from an early age that I would one day become a physician. After finishing medical school I completed my General Surgery Residency training in various hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working alongside some of the leading cancer surgeons in the country. Despite caring for a full range of patients in every capacity from Trauma to Intensive Care to outpatient surgeries, it was always the cases with the Plastic Surgeons I trained with that got me the most excited.

Pearce Plastic Surgery is a specialist medical service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, built on a long-standing commitment to surgical care and the pursuit of excellence in plastic surgery. From childhood, the founder was drawn to medicine—often accompanying his father to hospitals on weekends—and developed an early goal of becoming a physician. After medical school, he completed a General Surgery Residency across multiple hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he worked alongside leading cancer surgeons. During residency, his experience spanned a wide range of patient care, from trauma and intensive care to outpatient surgeries. Throughout this training, his strongest enthusiasm consistently centered on the plastic surgery cases and the specialized mentorship he received. Today, Pearce Plastic Surgery brings that foundation of rigorous surgical preparation and focused plastic surgery expertise to patients in the Milwaukee area, with a professional, patient-centered approach grounded in years of experience in high-acuity and outpatient settings.
